Ordering
My delivery time today is about 1 year.
I validate your order upon reception of a deposit of 130€. This deposit must be accompanied by a letter, signed and dated, with precise specifications of the model that you desire.
This deposit will not be reimbursed in case you cancel your order, but you can always let someone else have your place on my waiting list.
If for any reason I cannot complete the instrument (sickness, accident) you will be reimbursed entirely.
My recorders are guaranteed one year from the delivery date. I accept their immediate return (one week after reception) if you are dissatisfied. I will propose another instrument in exchange (within a limit of three months in case I don’t have another recorder of the same model in progress.) or reimburse you.
After the guarantee limit I will repair any instrument from my workshop, which has not been irreversibly transformed by yourself or someone else (another recorder maker for example). Repairs after the guarantee period will be billed with hourly rates. It is always possible for me to give you an estimate beforehand.
The guarantee applies for the deterioration of the sound, harmonisation, tuning, and wood quality, on the condition that you respect the instruction notice and that the recorder is used under normal circumstances. The guarantee does not apply if the instrument has been mistreated.
